The Estate Shiraz by Domenica boasts a vibrant flavor and aroma profile, thanks to its unique upbringing on a southern, sloping ridge in our vineyard. The 2022 growing season was cool and drawn out, allowing for perfectly balanced fruit to develop. This small batch was carefully fermented in concrete before being aged in French barrique, adding even more depth and complexity. Rich and powerful, this wine will only get better with age.
