This is a really nice classic expression of Pinot Blanc, one of the nicest I have come across in Austria. Extremely good value for money. Plenty of floral notes, perfect for drinking on its own or with fish in all its forms.
A rich, ripe style, offering peach, apple and roasted nut and earth
flavours.
Heidi Schrock produces some of the best Austrian sweet wines as well as interesting dry whites and reds. She took over her family winery in 1983, in the historic village of Rust situated near the Hungarian border.
