The Craven wine stable is built around a crew of vineyards that have resonance owners/operators Mick and Jeanine.

They had had their eye on the Rustenhof farm in the Faure region for a while and in 2017 they finally managed to get their hands on a parcel of bush-vine Cinsault. Coaxing the personality of the vineyard out in their wines is their specialty. In this wine you feel the crunch and pop of the graphite and sandy soils, the tension and energy that comes with grapes that are dry-farmed.

This is a bouncy, vivacious red wine that still carries complexity in tow. It's a charming wine for sipping on a warm afternoon.
