An Eden Valley field blend, the fruit is from a vineyard that  also supplies Henschke. All varieties co-fermented in barrel with 9 months on lees with regular bâttonage. An expressive and bright nose of gooseberry, crisp green apple, crunchy and clean on the palate, driving acidity, lovely saline edged pear notes, melon skin.
