Made with mainly destemmed fruit, and a handful of whole bunches. 22 months in seasoned hogsheads. Gentle winemaking with no additions apart from a little sulphur at bottling. The wine has a long life ahead of it. Reminiscent of old-world style Nebbiolo that's bright and crunchy with red berry fruit and tar and roses.
