Texier the younger has shirked the big gun AOCs and cultivates five hectares in and around St.-Julien-en-St.-Alban and Brezeme. Planted to the classic Rhône white and red varieties, these benefit from a range of different soil types. Working to revive long-lost traditions both among the vines and in the winery, Texier embraces native yeast fermentation and uses no sulphur.

In the glass they're forward, fruit-driven wines but echo the precision and authenticity of the wines of his father.
