Cool, granite-vined vineyard produces vibrant, fresh, textured wines. Organically farmed, minimal intervention winemaking at Harcourt North, Bendigo GI. Located high above the Harcourt Valley, 500m ASL, on granitic outcrop. Soils are granitic with sand, farmed using organic methods. Low disease pressure due to windy hill location, only occasional copper spraying. Produces driven, tight, mineral cool climate shiraz. Excited for its future.
