100% Pinot Noir (MV6 clone) hand-harvested and mostly (80%) destemmed, the remainder left as whole bunches. Wild fermentation sent to French oak for 9 months. Barrels are a mix of puncheons and hogheads - 20% new, 20% second-use, 60% old.
