Over night skin contact for Chardonnay and direct press Pinot Grigio and Durella. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and aged for 10 months in old barriques and in 10 hl barrels.

 A wine that looks to the balance between the pulp of Chardonnay and the acidic tension of Durella. The one tends to compensate the other. 

Not the usual boring Chardonnay blend from Italy! Instead the wine is bright and sophisticate. Wild yeast, citrus with stone fruit on the nose. Palate is creamy, broad and intense. Peach, pear, apple, spices and hint of vanilla. Great body, without feeling too ‘warm’ Perfect with all kinds of food and for all summer long!
