Malvasia and Grenache Blanc from the Languedoc in France, grown organically and produced in a very hands-off manner. Do yourself a favour and open the bottle atleast an hour before you tuck in, and also let it come up to temperature (10 degrees should do it). You'll find a wine that is both fresh and lively, but also full of serious savoury layers. Minerality too.
